Sambuca

I love black licorice, so last night after our Corned Beef and Cabbage meal with our neighbors, they brought out a bottle of Sambuca. Of course I had to try some, it is a very smooth licorice tasting liqueur. Yum! But was told you have to be careful, because it can "kick your butt"- I can believe it!

Today we are heading to Corpus, Vel needs to see a Dental Specialist about a tooth, thats giving her trouble.  It's going to be a great day for a drive. If she's feeling up to it, we may need to make a few other stops. We'll see-M
