Eiffel Tower??

Who would of thought that we would see the Eiffel Tower.  Only in Paris, TX!  I stopped in the office of the Mom and Pop RV park we were staying in to ask about the closest grocery store.  The owner gave me directions to a Dollar General and a Wally World, she also said that we have to go see the Eiffel tower with the Big Red Hat on top. So, we did.  Interesting!  We drove by an outdoor mall with tons of people there.  Then we realized it was Halloween Eve and everybody was out Trick or Treating!  Time to go Home!!

On to Shreveport, LA!  We went to the Riverfront area's Visitor Center and was told most of the activity is across the river in Bossier City. After we walked around the park area where the water, tulips and birdhouse are, we headed over to the other side.

Multi room birdhouse, I know someone who would like to have this in their backyard!

We pulled into the busy parking lot (Halloween night and trick or treaters again) and walked around a little. They have a very nice shopping/restaurant area.  We headed to Joe's Crab Shack and had supper.

If you noticed, there is a casino behind the tulips, in fact there are several casinos. But we didn't even go to one of them! Vel want's to save her pennies for later!-M
